As we bridge the communication gap between owners, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders, our main task is to ensure that the project is delivered in a high-quality, timely and cost-efficient manner – and this is where the cost plus service comes into play. With such a management alternative, the owner is secured with a set of control measures, formal procedures and benchmarking data that serve as the roadmap for a transparent and flawless execution of the project over the course of its life. These come in the form of periodic reviews, financial reports, project status reports, and lead time outlines which are instrumental in identifying the appropriate solutions to alert everyone of any emerging risks or compromise.

With Cost Plus arrangement, we can fit a client’s budget to the requirements of every project since we also do Value Engineering services. Whether or not the scope of the project is clearly defined yet, or the design is finalised will not be an issue; progress can begin immediately without burdening the client of potential financial risks because the contractor cannot overbid or skimp on the project expenses.

Construction Project Management

In all projects, Construction Project Management (CPM) is required to overall plan, coordinate and control a project from inception to completion in order to meet a client’s requirements by producing a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed in time within authorized cost and to the required quality standards.

 
 
 

Waste Management

Perhaps one of the most overlooked segments of a construction project is its waste. Statistics shows that 80% of the construction industry does not meet the industry standards for proper waste management, yet construction waste continues to increase the burden on landfill sites, which are for the record, becoming increasingly scarce over the last few decades. Without proper waste management, hazardous substances take a heavy toll not only on our environment, but most of all, to us humans.

Workplace Safety and Covid-19 Protocols Compliance

Control and Prevention – the mentality we engrave in our team every time we put up an “In this site will rise” signage right in front of our sites. The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic compelled us to reassess the engineering and administrative measures we put into practice, and remain constantly alert of the rapidly evolving outbreak conditions. With a systematic method of identifying the types of hazards involved and assessing the exposure risk levels, we ensure that every worker is accounted for. In addition to strict enforcement of physical distancing, PPEs are mandatory upon entering the project sites. Designated safety officers are deployed across sites to ensure that the company’s standard protocols are strictly implemented. If necessary, we also conduct employee training on how the disease is spread, and various methods on exposure prevention and control.
