Inspired by our continuous drive to give you accelerated construction management solutions for better realities, we would like to introduce some of our project proposals that are leaning towards more sustainable design opportunities through the synergy of value engineering, and thorough architectural planning.
Proposed Townhouse
Low-rise residential buildings that come in the form of row-houses and walk-in apartments make for an ideal housing system where population is dense. They offer larger square footage, design flexibility and significant practical advantages to their owners.
In this project, we had the primary objective of catering to the urban living requirements of the tenants. We strengthened the concept of harmonious living through an open plan design – where kitchen and living areas are seamlessly connected. Bedrooms, on the other hand, are conveniently located on the upper ground level for privacy.
PROPOSED TWO-STOREY RESIDENTIAL UNIT
Taking inspiration from Asian Tropical aesthetics, this proposed residential project features a symphony of glass, concrete, stone and wood. With the symmetrical incorporation of horizontal and vertical lines in the facade of the building, this modern abode welcomes families in a tranquil and lush environment that compliments its surroundings.
Proposed A-FRAME Rest house
Characterized by a roofline with steep angles that resembles a triangle, A-frame houses are frequently constructed using natural building materials such as stone and timber. They are often inspired by vernacular architecture such as Sandinavian or log cabin design.
In this proposed A-Frame Rest House that sits in the quiet allure of Matina Pangi, Davao City, the vision of AccelAlliance was to provide our client with a compact space livable enough for a cozy holiday escape. Unknown to many, A-Frame Houses serve not only aesthetic purposes; they are ideal in hot climates as majority of the living space are in the lower and cooler level. They are also more durable, being able to withstand extreme weather conditions. Complemented by a small pool fronting the structure, and abundant glass elements for natural lighting, this quaint abode offers a relaxing escape that allows its occupants to really connect with nature.
