ONE-STOREY RESIDENTIAL UNIT: DESIGN AND BUILD, WITH INTERIOR FITOUT SERVICES

For this client, AccelAlliance’s vision was to use predominantly warm tones to exude a welcoming feeling to the building’s occupants. With the use of right shade of white, this contemporary Scandinavian-inspired abode boasts class and timelessness, that serves as the backdrop for the natural elements such as wood and stones.

The outdoor areas are spacious, with gardens and landscapes facing in varying directions to capture as much sunlight as possible. Wooden pergolas that provide shaded outdoor seating areas were also included. To allow for a seamless transition between interior and outdoor spaces, we installed multi-panel doors and other operable expanses of glass, which is also one way of highlighting the interior experience of the house.
